Feature

  • Takayama Inari Shrine: Vermilion torii gates stand out vividly against a pristine white snowfield. This breathtaking, photogenic view —one of Japan’s finest—can only be experienced in winter.
  • Aomori Museum of Art: A striking white museum blanketed in snow. The giant Aomori Dog, wearing its winter “snow cap,” becomes a complete work of art seen only during this season.
  • Nebuta Museum WA RASSE: Feel the power of the massive Nebuta floats and even join in as a dancer yourself.
  • IRODORI: Create your own one-of-a-kind lamp amid a traditional streetscape. A creative, hands-on experience where master craftsmanship meets modern design.
