Remarks

  • After September 1st, the Aurora Viewing would leave at 22:00, and the tour duration would remain 4.5hours, making the hotel return around 02:30.
  • There may be a possibility that your Aurora viewing time will shorten if you arrive in Yellowknife after 21:00.
  • If you arrive after 1:00am due to a flight delay, you will not be able to participate in the aurora viewing on the day and NO refund will be provided.
  • If the arrival flight on the day is canceled and the airport transfer is the next day, an additional charge of CA$27/person will be charged.
  • If your departure flight is delayed or canceled by more than 5 hours, we can help you arrange a re-arrangement / transfer flight. An additional charge of CA$ 27 per person will be incurred.
  • We would not be able to provide a refund in case of flight cancellation/changes that will eventually result in shortened stay in Yellowknife.
  • We highly recommend our customers to purchase travel insurance.
  • The transportation service applies when you arrive/depart from Yellowknife on either Air Canada or Westjet.
  • The number of beds in the room may differ from the number of customers in the room.
  • If you'd like to stay in a NON-SMOKING room, please let us know in the "memo" when you reserve your tour. There may be chances that you may not get your preference.
  • Child price is only applicable when there are at least two adults also reserving the same tour.
  • In some cases, the pricing and schedule may be modified due to certain circumstances. Also, the tour is a mixed boarding tour, therefore you may be in the same vehicle with other customers from another tour.
  • We would not be able to provide a refund if you are not able to see the Aurora due to certain circumstances, such as bad weather conditions, or a change/cancellation in flights that got delayed/missed from Aurora viewing.
  • Customers will not be able to utilize this package if they have already reserved a hotel.(Aurora viewing and hotel needs to be purchased as a package.)
  • If you are arriving in Yellowknife via indirect flights please let us know the full flight schedule. (flight#, departure/destination city, and schedule) The local guide company would be able to adjust quickly to delays and cancellation of the flights.
  • Please let us know if you would like us to book the air flight for you when you are ordering your tour. (CAD 31.50 will be charged/per person for a ticketing issue fee.)
  • The last day of the aurora viewing day will be October 13th, and can not extend your stay after.

FAQ

QWe are arriving late at night/ leaving early in the morning. Is it possible to go directly to the Aurora Viewing from the airport/go to the airport directly after the Aurora viewing?

AAll customers will need to check-in to the hotel before heading to the Aurora Viewing, and after the Aurora viewing the customers would need to return to their hotel once after the Aurora Viewing.

QI would like to reserve the tour but when I enter my credit card information the system gives me an error message.

AYes. Please book Summer Aurora 3N4D. And if you would like to stay more than 3nights, add additional night(s).
