Yokohama Three Towers

Yokohama Three Towers:Yokohama's symbol
Three historic buildings that stand gracefully in the beautiful port town—these are the "Yokohama Three Towers," widely loved by both locals and tourists as a symbol of Yokohama. It is said that foreign sailors entering Yokohama Port at the time gave the towers their nicknames, inspired by their resemblance to playing cards.

The "Kanagawa Prefectural Government Main Building," designed in the Imperial Crown style that blends Western and Japanese architectural elements, is nicknamed the "King" for its stately and dignified appearance. Often referred to as a symbol of Yokohama Port, the Yokohama Customs Building with its exotic and elegant blue-green dome, is nicknamed the "Queen." The Yokohama Port Opening Memorial Hall, nicknamed the "Jack," features a retro red brick exterior and unique stained glass windows.

There is a local legend that if you visit "Red Brick Park," "Nihon Odori," and "Osanbashi Pier," which offer views of the three towers, your wishes will come true. While enjoying the history and charm of Yokohama, why not take a moment to make a special wish?
